Creating an account on FileFiesta.com is quick and easy! Follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top-right corner of the website.
  2. Enter your name, email address, and a secure password.
  3. Click “Create Account”.
  4. Check your email for a verification link and click on it to activate your account.
  5. Once verified, you can log in and start downloading digital files instantly!

💡 Tip: If you don’t receive the verification email, check your spam/junk folder or request a new one from the login page.

To update your password:

  1. Sign in to your FileFiesta.com account.
  2. Click on “My Account” in the top menu.
  3. Select “Account Settings”.
  4. Click “Change Password” and enter your current password followed by the new one.
  5. Confirm your new password and click “Save Changes”.

💡 Tip: Use a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters for added security.

If you’re having trouble logging in, try the following:

To Sign In:

  2. Click “Add to Cart”.
  3. When you’re ready to purchase, click “Cart” and select “Checkout”.
  4. Enter your payment details and complete the purchase.
  5. Once the payment is processed, you’ll receive an instant download link via email and on your account dashboard.

💡 Tip: Make sure your email is correct so you receive your purchase confirmation.

  • Ensure that your billing details match your bank records.
  • Check that your credit/debit card has sufficient funds.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider for more details.

  • Click “My Account” > “My Orders”.
  • Find the purchased item and click “Download”.

💡 Tip: If your download doesn’t start, check your browser settings to allow downloads.

If you didn’t receive your download email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address during checkout.
  • Log in to your FileFiesta.com account and check the “My Orders” section for your download.

All your purchased digital files are stored in your account.

To find them:

  1. Log in to FileFiesta.com.
  2. Click on “My Account”.
  3. Go to “My Orders”.
  4. Locate your purchased item and click “Download”.

💡 Tip: Your purchases will remain available in your account unless deleted due to store policy changes.

If you’re unable to download your files:

  • Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
  • Disable pop-up blockers or browser extensions that may interfere with downloads.
  • Check your internet connection and try again.
  • Ensure you have enough storage space on your device.
  • If the file is a ZIP file, you may need an unzip tool to extract the contents.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once a file has been downloaded.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
✅ If the file is corrupt or does not work as described.
✅ If you accidentally purchased the same item twice.
✅ If the download fails repeatedly due to technical issues on our end.

📩 To request a refund:

  •  Contact our Support Team within 7 days of purchase.
  • Provide your order number and explain the issue.

⚠️ We do not offer refunds for:
❌ Change of mind after purchase.
❌ Incorrect purchase due to not reading the item description.
